Earl R. Waddell Sr. became a Manufacturer Representative in 1921 in Fort Worth, TX. After World War II, both of his sons joined him in the business. Today, we have a 30,000 square foot sales office and warehouse. With the 3rd and 4th generations involved we have a total of 14 employees.  We still hold Earl Sr.'s belief that you work for a select number of High Quality Manufacturers that Shape, Form, or Cut Metal.
